CUSTOMER NOTICE

We have had a number of problems with customers asking to use expired Gift Vouchers + then being extremely rude with staff when told they can't as it is clearly printed on the Voucher they have a 1 YEAR expiry.

We feel this is giving people plenty of time for someone to use them .

It is totally unacceptable to then threaten to not recommend our Restaurant because of this .

Our Gift Vouchers are site specific , Restaurant or Patisserie - again they are clearly marked . This is told on purchase aswell as the 1 year expiry .

We have worked very hard to build a good customer base locally + with visitors + feel very upset at the attitude of a small number of people through no fault on our side .

If you have received a Voucher PLEASE PLEASE make sure you use it in time.
