Two important things you need to know....
One, I think I've created a rather special menu for you this month. For me, the start of spring always brings back memories of holidays in Paris enjoying great food. So, putting together a delicious French-bistro style menu seemed the natural thing to do. With a seasonal, local, organic SLO Food makeover of course.😀
Two, this will be your last menu from me as I won't be offering the SLO Food Suppers takeaway service after this month. Apologies if this is disappointing, but in future, I would like to concentrate on helping you eat sustainably and well in other ways. I'll say more in a later post. Let the festivities begin...

I've put together a delicious menu for you this month focusing on seasonal produce with a few 'twists' to keep the dishes interesting. As you would expect, I've also used as many locally sourced and organic ingredients as possible, making for a supper that is full of flavour.

Finally, as well as the two fabulous puddings I'll be making for you, you'll find a little 'thank you' gift of some of my handmade chocolate truffles in your box. A treat not to be missed.😀

I like to use my posts to acknowledge the efforts of the amazing Cumbrian producers and farmers I rely upon to produce my SLO Food Suppers. This month it's time to give a big shout out to Goodness and Grain and Lorton Village Shop - A Shed With A View. They've both been super supportive all year and are well worth a visit.
