Chef Paul our wonderful brother passed away on May 14th..

In the kitchen, music blaring, creating amazing food was where Paul was happiest and no more so than in the Deli.

His funeral will be on May 27th at 10:00, St Stephen’s Coatbridge. May he rest in eternal peace.
