Quiche is served with a side salad of leaves picked from our garden this morning.

As it’s a bit chilly again this morning we have made some warming roasted butternut squash soup.

We have a freshly baked Stilton and broccoli quiche as well as the usual sarnies and toasties.

This week’s random cake is Bakewell tart. Yum! 😋

If a rainy Monday feels a bit miserable treat yourself to a slice of take away quiche for your tea. It’s broccoli and blue cheese and just the job to cheer you up.

We also have some downright evil chocolate brownies today. Yum.

It’s a lovely sunny Saturday and we have a handful of Pastel de Nata and you know they will sell out fast! And under the counter I have some gooey brownies……. Just ask!

Peace has returned to our lovely valley.
Today we have broccoli and blue cheese quiche for a lite lunch. We also have a new rhubarb cake with a gentle custard flavour. Delicious even if I say so myself 🥰
