You know when you just need a good coffee? Or the coffee you give to guests without worrying if it's a love it or hate it coffee? Or you don't share your coffee, ever, but you need a good all-rounder for any brew method, any time?

Well, that's our daily blend.

This is the only blend we sell; a blend just means a mix of beans from different countries. In this case, you have the best of Brazilian and Colombian.

It tastes of hazelnut, caramel and chocolate flavour - aka addictive!

Plus it's speciality coffee - top quality beans from small farms. The quality is guaranteed when it's classed as speciality coffee.

We promise we'll try to not make the science boring, but there's real reasons why fresh coffee is soooooo much better than very old coffee in a jar...

Get a brew... Brew School is in session!

- Stale beans lose the gases within them over time. These gases are what helps being the flavour out. No gas, flat flavour. Bad coffee. Bad day (we say).

- The flavours that deliver the most, like the chocolatey, citrusy flavours degrade fast. They literally evaporate. (So also seal your bags!!). Over time the best bits literally go p**f into the air. Very sad.

- The oxygen in the air literally attacks the oils in and on the bean. This is a very bad thing as they literally go rancid. If you're buying months old coffee, yes, sorry, you're serving rancid beans.

And a bonus brew school tip....

Grind fresh to serve.

If you don't have a grinder we will grind for you, we have you covered. But peak coffee experience is grinding it right there and then for your brew.

Why? Because grinding it makes all this happen much quicker.
