Sophie has been working with George since February in the shop and has taken to it like a duck to water!

Always keen to try new cheeses, the occasional tipple of wine and tell George off when he has done something stupid!

Sometimes you won't see her as she is tidying up after George in the back after a delivery!

She had changed Georgonzola for the better!
