This week we’re serving our delicious Sunday Menu from 12pm–6pm, packed with everything from traditional roast dinners with unlimited gravy 🤤 to tasty small plates perfect for sharing.

It might be a gloomy one out there today, but there’s something quite lovely about a cosy Friday in the village… good food, a few drinks, lots of laughs and nowhere else you need to be 🥰

Well lovely people… it wouldn’t be Halloween at The Wheatsheaf without celebrating Hanaween! 🧡🎃

We’ll be celebrating Hana’s birthday in true Halloween style, from 6:30pm onwards for an evening of good food, drinks, music, laughs and a little bit of spooky fun. 👻🍂

🧙‍♀️ Fancy dress is a must! The scarier, sillier or more creative, the better!
🎶 Music throughout the evening
🍴 A buffet to enjoy
🥂 And, of course, plenty of drinks and good old-fashioned Wheatsheaf vibes!

💙 IAN’S WAINWRIGHT CHALLENGE CHARITY NIGHT 💙

We’re really looking forward to welcoming you all to The Wheatsheaf on Saturday 7th November for a very special charity night supporting Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Over the past year, Ian (our uncle) has taken on an incredible challenge, walking all 214 Wainwright fells across 36 walks, raising money along the way for a charity very close to his heart. 🥾⛰️

Now it’s time to celebrate completing the challenge… the Wheatsheaf way! 🥂

From 6pm, we’ll have live music, a fantastic raffle, competitions, football cards, food and drinks, including our special Wainwright Blue cocktail. 💙

We’ll also have pie, peas & chilli available to buy, with proceeds going towards Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends and family and help us make it a brilliant night for a brilliant cause!
