APPEAL FOR WITNESSES
I'm looking for anyone who witnessed an accident at the Brewers car park (old Tescos) Cirencester on Sunday February 1st, between 5pm and 10pm. My car's front grill was damaged when someone reversed into it. The driver kindly left a note, but the contact number isn't working. Accident sometimes happens, but any witnesses would be much appreciated.
