As the weather gets warmer and the new season begins, we’re excited to introduce our limited Spring Special Menu at Deli Pizza.

This menu is all about fresh flavours and beautiful seasonal ingredients. We’re using hand-picked wild garlic, fresh asparagus, wild mushrooms and spring herbs to create something special that really celebrates this time of year.

After many years working in kitchens and restaurants, we truly believe the best pizzas start with the best ingredients, and spring gives us some of the most exciting flavours to work with. This is exactly what inspired these new specials.

For the next four weeks you can enjoy:

Our Sourdough Pizza Course is back! 🍕

After the last two years of sessions selling out so quickly, we’re excited to bring the course back again — and this time on a very special day…

Join us on Father’s Day – 21st June (9:30am–12:30pm) at Deli Edge Café

Whether you come with your dad or surprise him with something different this Father’s Day, this is a relaxed and hands-on morning where you’ll learn the real art of sourdough pizza making.

During the course you’ll:
• learn how sourdough works and why it makes such a difference
• create and shape your own pizza dough
• understand fermentation and timing
• bake your own pizza in our oven
• take home knowledge you can use again and again

It’s a fun experience, suitable for beginners and pizza lovers of all ages.

The last sessions filled very quickly, so if you’re thinking about joining us, it’s best to book early.

Whisky & Haggis Pizza

Made with a creamy garlic base infused with Scottish whisky, mozzarella, haggis crumbles and sausage chunks, then finished after baking with pickled onions and fresh chives.

It’s available this week only, so make sure you try a slice before it’s gone.

We’re back! 🍕✨

After a short two-week break, Deli Pizza is reopening this Wednesday and we can’t wait to welcome you all again at our permanent home in Churchdown.

To celebrate being back, we’re launching our March Specials menu, alongside our full regular menu — so your favourites are still here, plus some exciting new additions.

Our new specials are all about bold flavour and comfort:
• Our Prosciutto & Ricotta sourdough pizza, topped with fresh rocket and finished with a drizzle of honey — the perfect balance of savoury and sweet.
• The Spicy Nduja & Pineapple, combining rich nduja heat with juicy pineapple and jalapeños for a powerful flavour combination.
• Our Loaded Fries, including the indulgent Camembert & Bacon and the incredible Buffalo Chicken — crispy, cheesy, and seriously satisfying.
• And for dessert, our Sourdough Doughballs, topped with caramel, chocolate, and Twix crumbs — the perfect sweet finish.

Everything is made with our signature sourdough base, fresh ingredients, and the same care and quality you know us for.

We’re taking a short break to spend some quality time with our family and recharge our batteries. 💛
It’s been a very busy winter for us, running two businesses while also raising and looking after our own family. As much as we love what we do, balancing everything can be challenging at times.
We’ve been working incredibly hard behind the scenes, and this little break will help us come back refreshed, motivated, and ready to continue giving you the very best service and food you deserve.
We will reopen on 4th of March and can’t wait to welcome you back then!
