Over the past few months, our veg garden here at The Foxham has been in full bloom! 💚

This week we've picked... 🍅🥬🫜Cherry tomatoes, Butternut Squash, Sage, Curly Parsley, Beans, Beetroots & Chard!

We use these fresh ingredients to influence our menu - right now we have a delicious dish with roasted Butternut Squash from our garden, Homemade Ricotta, Brown Butter & Sage also from our garden 👌

Our classic Fish & Chips also has a Foxham twist, now served with a homemade, fresh courgette curry!
