Back9 Barbecue & Braai (Hainault Forest Golf Club) is looking for a Chef / Kitchen Manager to help run our busy BBQ kitchen.

If you love smoked meats, live-fire cooking, and leading a kitchen, we want to hear from you.

Ideal start for the ‘right’ candidate will be March/April.

✔ Strong outgoing personality, friendly & a leader
✔ Real passion for BBQ ( you come from a BBQ country or background.
✔ Experience in grill/smokehouse kitchens a big advantage
✔ Can handle pressure & run a tight kitchen
☑️ you drive or have a car essential
