Golden fried burrata served sizzling in a cast-iron skillet with warm homemade romesco sauce, fresh basil and grilled sourdough. One for the cheese lovers! 🤤

🍝 Nduja Rigatoni
Rigatoni in a rich, creamy Calabrian nduja sauce, finished with Parmesan, fresh parsley, cracked black pepper and a squeeze of lemon. A little kick of spice in this one! 🌶️
