After a huge amount of deliberation I have taken the decision to close GINGERZ bbq !

It’s been a great venture for the last 12 months which as many of you will know have not been the easiest for me personally with the loss of my dear brother. The restaurant has been a great distraction from my grief but has started to impact my life more significantly than originally intended.

It’s a very very tough industry which is not being made any easier by the rising cost of living etc etc and requires full focus and dedication in order for you to be successful.
This is something that I am struggling to do as I have other business commitments which are running the risk of being put in jeopardy as I am splitting my self too thin.

The stress from several businesses is takings it’s toll on my mental health and well-being and beginning to effect my family life.

My recent vacation has brought home to me how much time I am missing with my loved ones and I know all to well that time is very precious.

GINGERZ has been very popular and I believe that the foundations for a great restaurant are in place. If someone was willing to put the work in and take it to the next step I think there is a very profitable opportunity and I would be willing to listen to sensible offers to buy the business ( inbox me for details )

I can only sincerely apologise to those who have bookings already in place, you will be contacted tomorrow and offered refunds for any deposits paid. I can assure you bookings were taken in good faith at the time.

My daughter will be continuing to provide some of your GINGERZ favourites from her own venture which is down at the spotted frog. This will include takeaways and deliveries including some very popular meal deals!! Further details coming real soon ( please support her as you have me 🙏)

Thanks again chesterfield from the bottom of my heart for all your support and custom, it will never be forgotten

Ok guys so we have decided to close the restaurant for a couple of weeks as we are away on a much needed holiday ( we haven’t had a minute since opening) we had every intention of remaining open but have made the decision at the last minute due to staff issues. Really really sorry for any inconvenience caused, see you all on the other side!!!

Kids eat free from lunchtime till 5pm today! We also have 2 burger meals for £15 until 6pm ( not to be used in conjunction) fishbowls are buy one get one free all night!! Tables available in the restaurant and takeaways will be on. If your planning on having the £25 meal deal make sure you get your orders in early!!
