BREAKFAST ASSISTANT – GEORGE & DRAGON, CHESTER 🍳🥓

We're looking for a reliable person to run our new breakfast service for guests staying in the hotel above the George & Dragon.

Hours: Approximately 7am–10am
Days: To be agreed
Location: George & Dragon, Chester

The breakfast menu will be kept simple, mainly freshly cooked bacon, sausage and egg breakfast baps, along with tea and coffee.

Duties will include:

Preparing and cooking breakfast baps
Serving hotel guests
Setting up and cleaning down the breakfast area
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

This would suit someone looking for a few regular morning hours. Previous kitchen/catering experience would be helpful, but we're more interested in someone who is reliable, friendly and comfortable preparing simple breakfasts.
