**Bike Night @ Chocks Away** 🍔
Friday 21st August, 5-8pm
Please read below!!
On arrival -
Security will open the left hand gate for you to come straight through to us, when you get down to the diner, drive to the main car park at the back & to the metal fences which will be open and you for you to drive on to the terrace at the front of the diner. Once you’re parked, one of the Marshalls will come over and check your ticket and sign it off.
If you are coming in a car, please sign it at security and they will send you down to us, please park in the main customer car park as normal.
Important site rules:
As we share the site with a gymnastics studio (primarily used by children), active workplaces, and a live airport environment, it’s essential that all visitors strictly follow site rules:
A ‼️ 15MPH SPEED LIMIT ‼️must be observed at all times when entering and leaving
Food & seating 🍔
Our outdoor hut will be open for refreshments, and the diner will be open with seating inside and out - You’re welcome to eat at tables or take food outside (takeaway containers will be provided — please use bins when finished) If dining inside, you’ll receive a numbered spoon — your number will be called when your food is ready
Seating is first come, first served, and some guests may be seated together - If you’re sitting outside and have ordered food, you will get a buzzer when you order, keep hold of this and when it goes off , bring it back to the counter and collect your food 🙂

We’re expecting another busy evening! All food is freshly prepared to order, so there may be a short wait at times. Our team will be working hard to keep things running smoothly — we really appreciate your patience and kindness, especially as this is our first event of this kind 😊
Don’t forget, we have a lovely local singer joining us tomorrow who will be singing live also!!
We can’t wait to see you, your bikes, and hopefully enjoy a fantastic evening together. Our next date will be posted on Sunday.
