🐾 Say Hello to Seamus, our Dog of the Week 🐾

Seamus is a 6-year-old Snorkie (that's a Yorkshire Terrier and Schnauzer cross!) and one of our much-loved four-legged visitors. ❤️

Whether he's enjoying long walks on the beach or popping into The Goshawk for a few well-earned treats, Seamus knows how to enjoy life! 🐕🌊

This week we're introducing Laura, one of our fantastic front of house team members! 😊

Having recently returned from studying Business Management at Newcastle University, Laura has brought plenty of energy and enthusiasm back with her.

When she's not looking after our guests, you'll usually find her in the gym or taking on her next outdoor challenge. In fact, her rock climbing skills are so impressive that even Bear Grylls' brother once complimented her on them! 🧗‍♀️👏

Laura also has a couple of hidden talents. She can do a front flip and has somehow mastered the art of making a glass of wine disappear in record time! 🍷✨

We're delighted to have Laura as part of Team Goshawk and we're sure you'll agree she always brings a smile wherever she goes.

Get off the Mid Cheshire Community Rail Partnership train in Mouldsworth and it's just a short walk filled with stunning views to our beautiful pub!

🐾 Say Hello to Maisie & Halle, our Dogs of the Week 🐾

This week we're celebrating local legends Maisie, a 4 year old Collie, and Halle, a 5 year old Working Cocker! ❤️

These two best friends are regular visitors and can often be found enjoying adventures together before popping in to see us at The Goshawk.

• Chasing and playing with their ball 🎾
• The biscuit jar on the bar at The Goshawk 🦴😋

🛁 Dislikes:
• Bath time!

🤝 Best Friends Forever:
Maisie and Halle love spending time together and will happily play for hours. If one is around, the other usually isn't far behind!

✨ Meet The Team Monday ✨

This week we're introducing Ashen, one of our fantastic Chef De Parties! 👨‍🍳

When he's not creating delicious dishes in the kitchen, you'll usually find him adding to his impressive LEGO collection. His favourite set? A huge Lord of the Rings build that's every bit as epic as you'd imagine! 🧱⚔️

Ashen is also ambidextrous, which comes in handy both when tackling intricate LEGO builds and when he's flying around the kitchen preparing your meals. Safe to say, he's pretty quick with both hands! 🙌

His favourite dish from our menu is our Sauteed King prawns, Queen scallops & mussels dish🦪✨ and after trying it, we're sure you'll see why!
