Croque Madame, but not quite the traditional way. 🍳🥪

Crispy sourdough, layers of cave aged cheddar and Lancashire tasty, Dijon, sun-dried tomato butter, a perfectly fried egg, and a few pickles on the side — our take on the French classic, with a little twist. Add smoked ham for Croque Monsieur !

Not strictly traditional. Just seriously delicious.
