Between July & August โ˜€๏ธ ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŒพ๐Ÿชis when British courgette harvest reaches its peak, our kitchen is making the most of their freshness & flavour in our fish special this week. ๐ŸŸ

We are slow roasting them in rosemary & garlic along with a little bit of spice, so they are tender & flavoursome. They will sit under a fillet of pan fried Seabream, served along side new potatoes, king prawns, clams, green veg and a lemon, cream & white wine sauce ๐Ÿ‹

The dish will run from today until the end of Saturday evening! ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ

This Saturday at 7:00pm will be our penultimate live music evening for the summer. Alex and Laura are here as a duo, with some gorgeous acoustic numbers to close out their series of performances here at the Bird this summertime!

As always you donโ€™t need a ticket or to book for the evening, just pop on down to enjoy some lovely weather, a beer or two and to support the performers. ๐Ÿป

Our final live music night will be a Jazz evening on August 25th! We are planning to do some small plates specials for the night so do keep your eyes peeled for some more detailsโ€ฆ ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ‘€

Grilled fish, meats, veggies, it doesn't matter, its all going on the grill ๐Ÿ˜. Fresh summer salads and delicious dips! Hello everyone!

A bit of announcement from us. Unfortunately Neil is in recovery with a slipped disc ๐Ÿ˜ฌ.
Alex is here doing his thing and will be helping us out for a little while to come so come down and say hello!

He has done some unbelievable specials already this week ๐Ÿคค. Featured below is a duck breast special with confit duck leg croquette. Cointreau and Orange sauce, tenderstem broccoli and dauphinois potatoes.

We also have a fish special and a delicious vegan special. Posts to come!
