I cut a Fondant Fancy in half!

I still can't believe how much love the 5 x Fondant Fancy cakes got! 14.5k likes!!

Many of you asked for a cross section photo so here one I made and am currently eating 😀

This is me if I was doing this in the 80's! 😀

A little trip back in time to when wedding cakes were all about intricate piping, sugar flowers, ruffles and lots of romance.

Yesterday's Wedding Colshaw Hall - Cheshire Wedding Venue. I'm thinking of all the cake makers today as this was a hard setup with the heat! Lookily, Colshaw Hall has good air conditioning! X
