Fancy trying something a little different? ☕️🌱

Meet one of the four coffees inside Lost Barn Coffee Fermentation Project sample box – Saccharomyces Yeast Inoculated.

Grown at Finca San Miguel Urias in Antigua Valley, Guatemala, this coffee was fermented for 48 hours using Saccharomyces yeast, enhancing the production of flavour precursors and influencing the body and complexity of the final cup.

It’s a fascinating one to experience – particularly when tasted alongside the other three processes in the box.

🍜 SPOTLIGHT ON AN INDIE because they’ve been absolutely unreal.
Chester on a Plate Tours mixes up the venues to work with as wide a range of independents as possible, but it’s been fantastic to see how many people have loved the Thai food at this popular stop on the tours around Chester! 🧡
