Meet Jimmy 👨‍🍳🔥

Our Teppanyaki Head Chef, Jimmy, has been part of the Siam family since 2014, but his Teppanyaki journey started all the way back in Thailand in 1991!

After more than 30 years behind the grill, it’s safe to say he knows a thing or two about Teppanyaki. 🇹🇭

Jimmy’s favourites? Mixed sushi to start 🍣 followed by king prawns with chilli & garlic from the Teppanyaki grill 🦐🔥
