It’s a really sad day for The Flower Cup. Today we say goodbye to our Ella 😢.

Ella has been with us for 4.5 years 😍😍😍, promoted to Supervisor and has seen it all 😆! A huge thank you for all your hard work and for just being you! You’ve been amazing and we couldn’t have done it without you! We are all going to miss you so much but have the best time travelling the world. Don’t forget us and best of luck for the future!

If you didn’t already know, our milk is supplied by Peckforton Farm Dairy located just 16 miles away from the cafe 🙌😍

Thank you for showing us around the farm yesterday. It was great to see the cows and find out how the milk is ethically produced, pasteurised and bottled on site!

Key take away points:
- less intensive dairy farming compared to others (mixed use cows not dairy cows that are milked just once a day)
- Calves stay with their mothers after birth
- return to traditional grass feeding with no artificial pesticides used
- building a local market with Cheshire cafes and local businesses rather than selling to the national market

Thanks for having us and we can’t wait to visit again next year!
