My daughter and her boyfriend have both been applying for jobs on line. They have both been offered Trial shifts after they have had an interview. Please beware of doing this trials without finding out what is expected and whether or not you will be paid. It seems to be a pattern that they have done their trial shift not been paid and no job offer is made despite at interview being offered a job subject to the trial. With recent media attention highlighting how young people are struggling to get jobs this is demoralising and unfair. Both were given great feedback with no job offer.
