๐ข KITCHEN CLOSURE UPDATE
The pub will be open as usual from 12pm for drinks, however our kitchen will remain closed today due to the extreme temperatures.
If youโre planning to visit, we have multiple fans running inside the pub, plenty of parasols available in the garden, and our pergola area provides additional shade from the sun. If visiting by car, we recommend parking in a shaded area where possible.
For the welfare of your dogs, we kindly ask that they are not brought to the pub today as temperatures are simply too high!
A few reminders while the hot weather continues:
๐ง Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.
โ๏ธ Seek shade where possible and avoid prolonged periods in direct sunlight.
๐งด Wear sunscreen and suitable clothing to protect yourself from the sun.
๐ต Check in on elderly relatives, friends and neighbours.
๐พ Ensure pets have access to plenty of water and a cool place to rest.
๐ซ Never leave children or animals unattended in vehicles.
