This January, February & March we’re launching a one off Inca Trail Tasting Menu for £85 — from the Andes to the Amazon, a 7 course journey of fire, colour and vibrant flavours.

Each course takes you somewhere new: dancing through Brazil with bold, samba bright flavours, discovering the magic of Peru from ceviche to the Sacred Valley, wandering the mysterious Bolivian witches’ market, standing among the statues of Easter Island in Chile, and more. It’s bold, colourful and made to brighten the start of 2026!

To make it even more special, the last weekend of each month will feature our full 10-course immersive “Around the World” experience
