​On Saturday, August 29th, we’re hosting a huge Charity Event Day at The Flyer (CM1 4UU)

in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support! 💚

​We’ve got a massive day planned starting from 2:00 PM:
🎯 Stalls & Games
🎯 Dart Challenge
🎟 Charity Raffle
And more ,then going into the evening with
🎸 Live Music from Hit Parade
(starting at 8:00 PM!)

​How you can help:
We are currently looking for raffle prize donations!
If you, your employer, or a local business you know would be willing to donate a prize, voucher, or gift hamper, we would be incredibly grateful.
Or if you have any unwanted new gifts, chocolates, alcohol, toys ect laying around
and would like to donate it would be appreciated.

Every single penny raised will help in supporting Macmillan.

​ We’re looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to take charge of our kitchen and deliver great food
​Key Responsibilities:
• ​Day-to-day management and smooth running of the kitchen.
• ​Maintaining strict compliance with HACCP, food safety regulations, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• ​Stock control, ordering, waste management, and GP tracking.
• ​Food preparation and high-volume service delivery.
• ​Experience: Proven experience in kitchen management or as a Head/Sous Chef ready to step up.
• ​Compliance: Fully confident with HACCP system implementation, temperature logs, and all kitchen paperwork.
• ​Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to keep cool under pressure.
• ​working correctly to spec , delivery outstanding dishes
