This Lambeth style cake isn't going anywhere soon. I made this cake for Lauren who used to play on the swings in my garden and is now 30! Time flies! Lemon sponge cake with lemon buttercream filling and zesty lemon curd.Black and cream buttercream ( although the photo is showing more of a yellow tone) Happy Birthday Lauren xx

Phew! It's been a tad warm for making cakes, but luckily these wafer paper flowers don't mind the heat. A pretty cake for my friend's mum who has just turned 80. Trust me she doesn't look it! Lemon sponge cake with lemon curd and lemon buttercream filling, covered in ganache and fondant. All the flowers were handmade with edible wafer paper by me. Happy birthday Michelle s mum! Xx

Now this one is for someone who loves crisps almost as much as me! My lovely friend Beverley asked me to make this cake for her husband Rich's 60th Birthday. A vanilla sponge cake with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling, covered in yummy white chocolate ganache and fondant. Featuring Rich's favourite things Westham and crisps. Handmade crisps, and a cheeky spud for decoration. Happy Birthday Rich xx
