Autumn has arrived at the Horse & Groom, and we’re welcoming the season with our brand-new Game Festival — celebrating the flavours of wild British venison and boar. 🦌

Here are two of our new specials:

🥢 Pulled Venison Bulgogi
Tender pulled British venison in a dark Korean-style soy & ginger sauce, served with rice, mixed pickles, carrot & cucumber ribbons, roasted peppers, coriander and crispy noodles.

🍎 Venison Sausage with Apple & Squeak
British wild venison sausages served on apple & squeak, with vegetable crisps and an apple c***r, sage & cream sauce.
