Eight more mystery 'Fabulous Darling tickets left after 100 tickets have been sold for our official Pride After Party on the 20th June from 8pm. Pop in to Bar Plus and get your tickets before they are sold out. You have the chance to purchase a mystery ticket that awards the holder two hours of free drinks for two people during the after party. How good is that? Tickets cost £10 each.

Bar Plus have become partners and for the first time we move into the festival as a pop-up cocktail bar. You’ll find us right side of the main stage serving Pride inspired cocktails, served by three professional mixologists who will amaze and dazzle the customers purchasing their drinks.

Kirsty & Lilly will be customer side answering questions related to Bar Plus, its concept, its all-inclusive nature, the five nights per week entertainment, and the big plans for the future.

We are excited to showcase Moulsham street’s safe space venue that offers uniqueness and celebration of the rich diverse nature of human beings.

We will be pleased to chat to you about anything to do with the LGBTQIA+ subject. Please do not hesitate in approaching us, even if you do not want a cocktail, we will still be overjoyed to talk to you about whatever you have on your mind. Xx

Yes you can believe your eyes! There are fifteen, yes fifteen, mystery Rainbow Fabulous Darling Tickets randomly scattered amongst two hundred and sixty tickets on sale at Bar Plus. PRIDE is almost upon us in Chelmsford, fingers crossed the weather dries up and is a gloriously sunny day as usual. Bar Plus have been granted permission this year to provide a cocktail bar in the festival park, central park Chelmsford - thank you Essex Pride!

This is a new addition to the festival and we are going to add extra fun and glamour to what is already one of the best PRIDE festivals in the country. Even if you do not drink cocktails, come along, watch the spectacle, see the mixologist do what they do best, talk to Kirsty & Lilly about Bar Plus, what it means to them, and what they provide to Chelmsford's community. Listen to their journey, and why the political and social shift of opinion towards transgender and the whole LGBTQIA+ community needs to change before damage to done to peace loving individuals who only want to live their lives freely without fear and hatred.

We hope that you can all visit, and experience, the best celebration of human interaction and zest for life that cannot be found anywhere else. Essex Pride gets better every year, and Bar Plus is stepping up and showcasing the amazing vibe of an all inclusive safe space bar that we hope Chelmsford is proud of.
