Bit of an appreciation post… over the past 10 years Aide has helped me out in the shop…initially helping me out for a couple of weeks from taking over the original shop in stockport to 10 years later here in cheadle Hulme. Aide is getting a long awaited new knee very soon and after a few months off from here this year due to us being much quieter he has decided to hang up his pinny!!!
I am hoping he will still pop over and see us for a brew once he is back driving again. But wanted to thank him for the many years of friendship we had (an my check in texts will continue) the endless pies we have made, all the buffets…but most importantly the laughs!!! We had so many along the way…mainly at his quick wit when answering calls from electric companies mithering, the time he got his little legs stuck on a gate he tried to scale to get to his car that was locked in the car park, all the times santa came out and which lady would volunteer to be his elf!!

We had some good times…rest up now, your time is here to do that.

Happy October people 🎃🎃👻👻

This year we wont be doing our usual halloween gathering in the shop…because Im going to be 50 😳😳 very soon and will be sunning myself in Malta the week before 😎
So we are going go straight in and get date for Xmas lunch date….who’s free on 13th Dec for our usual Xmas lunch with all the trimmings???? We will have 12.30 sitting and a 3pm sitting. Places will be limited so get in quickly as this is usally a popular one!

More details will follow but just wanted to get that date out there ❤️
