Quick stock update as I’m on my way to work the bar - we’ve had lots of deliveries this week as catching up after our mini Wales trip.

Collagen got delivered yesterday as did a fresh drop of kimchi and kraut (including the fermented jalapeño sauce - my eggs have not been tasting the same without it!)

I think the only big thing we’re waiting on now is agua de madre - but hopefully start of next week. We do have some of the blackcurrant remedio in stock but I know (as my mum tells me all the time) that the lemon is everyone’s favourite ever MUST HAVE item! It’s on its way! Promise!!

Will update when it arrives.

We are fully refreshed after our mini Welsh break last week (thanks to Lou for switching all her days round) so all hours back to normal.

AND isn’t the local looking all gorgeous in this sunshine. Beautiful sunny shop for beautiful sunny weather.

Changes to opening tomorrow 👉👉 7am to 12pm.

Martyn has been doing EVERYTHING to try and cool our little shop down but it’s hot hot HOT.

We’ll be opening a little earlier tomorrow (Thursday) so we can get the doors open super early before the sun hits the window and closing before the heat gets too much….
