We're looking to connect with talented Yorkshire makers!

Do you create Yorkshire-themed products, gifts, crafts, artwork, food, homeware, or anything that celebrates God's Own Country?

We'd love to hear from you!

We're currently researching an exciting idea that's still under wraps, and as part of that, we're looking to connect with local businesses and independent makers who produce items with a Yorkshire theme or strong local connection.

If that's you (or you know someone who fits the bill), please:

Tell us in the comments what you make and tag your business, or
Send us a message via Facebook Messenger/ email us via our website www.glocoffee.co.uk

We're excited to discover more amazing local talent and can't wait to see what Yorkshire has to offer.

Thank you for helping us with our research and hopefully we might be able to collaborate & celebrate all thats Yorkshire!

🧡 500 DRAGONFLIES, 500 PRECIOUS MEMORIES 🧡

The Walled Gardens have been transformed by 500 handcrafted steel dragonflies, with each one dedicated in memory of someone deeply loved and missed.

Every dragonfly has been individually created by local sculptor George Fell, meaning no two are exactly the same just like the people, lives and memories they represent.

Dragonflies are often seen as symbols of transformation, reassurance and remembrance, offering a gentle reminder that those we love are never truly far away.

The installation is also supporting the vital work of Barnsley Hospice, helping it continue to provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care for patients and families across our community.
