We just wanted to say something about how we choose to show up online.
We are not anti-AI. Like most tools, it has a place, and we know people are using it in lots of clever ways.
But it is not how we want to promote Brick Stop.
When we show you a toastie, a bake, a ridiculous milkshake or a corner of the café, we want it to be the real thing you will actually get to eat, drink or see when you visit us.
Not a prettier version of it.
Not something that only exists on a screen.
Brick Stop has always been about play, creativity and making things feel a little more human.
That means using real photos, showing the real café, celebrating the people who help us make it look how it does, and occasionally using a slightly questionable cardboard Homer Simpson doughnut to get the point across.
We will always choose real food, real people and real creativity over making everything look perfectly polished.
And it will also probably take us longer to do it than chuck something through ai.. but you deserve better and so do we!
Because the real thing is so much better!!!
No judgement at all if AI images, posters is part of how you market your business. It is just not what we want to take for Brick Stop.
What do you think: should brands be clearer when the food, products or spaces they show are AI-generated?
