With the recent reports of salmonella food poisoning linked to imported eggs, we wanted to reassure our customers that the eggs we use have always come from trusted local British suppliers.
We proudly use fresh free-range eggs from Yorkshire, currently supplied by Ian Taylor, and we remain committed to sourcing quality local ingredients wherever possible.
Every cake, custard, quiche, pastry and handmade treat we produce is made with the same care, quality and traceability that our customers have come to expect from us.
