We celebrated one of the most special moments of our lives last week when our daughter Emily got married to Chris at GG’s Yard, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was amazing from start to finish. The venue itself is breathtaking, and the team made sure every detail was handled with such professionalism and care.

We stayed in the Snugs, which were cozy, beautifully designed, and the ideal place to unwind during the celebrations. They added such a lovely extra touch to the whole experience.

Every single supplier involved was fantastic—friendly, reliable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They helped create a day Emily and all of us will remember forever.

We can’t recommend GG’s Yard highly enough. A truly magical place for a magical occasion. 💕

New look at Street Lights ❤️

Well we all did it - flooring fitted, fully decorated, new radiators, spring cleaned and the electric checked.
At times this week I thought it was impossible - massive thanks have to go to all the team at Streetlights - Emily, Amy, Denise, Linda, their other halves (John and John) and Andy, Anne & Jimmy, Yvonne, Paddy & Bruce from James Anderson Plumbing, Ricksons for the flooring and Mitchell’s electrical for working around us all. Everyone pulled out all the stops and we’re very grateful.
If I’ve missed anyone, I’m sorry but it’s been hectic.
