The role includes:

FOH
• Hosting
• Taking orders
• Waiting on
• Running food
• Barista work
• Bar service
• Guest excellence
• Cleaning
• Stock control
• Cash handling

BOH
• Pot washing
• General cleaning of the kitchen
Please note that any successful candidate will be expected to wash pots (kitchen porter) at least once per week as part of the team effort where all FOH staff must do their part to support the kitchen.

You’ll need to be:
• Friendly and confident with people
• Happy working weekends
