Paul and I would like to thank everyone who took the time to send us messages of good luck. I had started to reply to everyone personally, but I became overwhelmed by the sheer volume of well-wishers. Some messages brought tears to my eyes, while others brought back memories that made us chuckle. For those who were unaware, we have had planning approval for some time to convert the ground floor of the building into a one-bedroom apartment if a genuine buyer hadn’t made a purchase offer. This is now the route we intend to follow. I will try to keep those who have expressed a genuine interest informed of our progress.
