Today marks 11 years since we first opened our doors at Laing’s Coffee Shop, and what an incredible journey it has been!

Over the years, we’ve faced our share of challenges, from navigating a global pandemic to feeling the effects of the difficult times across the hospitality industry. We have managed to tackle the challenges head-on, with thanks to the support of our amazing community.

We’ve been fortunate to watch Laing’s Coffee Shop grow and evolve, welcoming so many wonderful faces along the way. Whether you stopped by once while passing through or have become one of our valued regulars and friends, every visit has helped us to where we are today.

To our loyal customers, dedicated staff, and everyone who has supported us over the past 11 years – thank you. Your kindness, encouragement, and continued support mean the world to us.
