Melwi is this amazing layered flatbread that’s super popular in the Maghreb, especially in places like Morocco and Tunisia. Here at Street Food Morocco we whip up our Melwi with fresh spinach and coconut cheese for a delightful vegan snack! The real magic happens when we fold and layer the dough, then pan-fry it until it’s all flaky and golden! You can taste the love we mix into every bite!
