Bread that’s of a place: pre-shaping Thursday’s Torth Gymreig (Welsh Loaf), made with nothing but locally grown Hen Gymro (Old Welshman) - our native wheat, that’s evolved in the fields of west Wales for generations, produced just a few miles away at Llangrannog by Bella & Chris. We mill this gorgeous, delicate wheat in-house on our state-of-the-art . On today - it you fancy a taste of the southern Ceredigion land 🌾
