Seeing everyone enjoying our food, soaking up the atmosphere & having a great time has been really special.

EL- STEDDFOD SHINDIG!!!

Tomorrow is our final day! And with the Eisteddfod in town it seems only right that we see things out in true El Salsa style!

So we're throwing a shindig to celebrate an amazing couple of weeks, the Eisteddfod and one last chance to eat, drink and party with us!

We have gathered some of Aberteifi's finest Dj's, that'll be spinning funky beats from 4pm into the evening.

Wow what a fantastic first couple of nights!

It's so good to be back, we're having a great time! Thank you all for coming & dining with us. It's so lush to see so many friendly faces! (And new ones too)

It felt rather ambitious at times, trying to get El Salsa back up & running with a young daughter & a baby in tow. Especially all that effort for a two week Pop up! But with the help of friends, family & the crew, we made it happen! And I'm so glad we did!
A massive shout out to our wonderful team, some OG's & some newbies thrown in at the deep end. Every single one of them has absolutely smashed it!

We can't take any pre orders I'm afraid. As it's just a pop up & we've been out the game for a while, we've got to keep it as simple as possible in terms of service.

So it’s happening, the rumours are true! We are returning to our old spot in Cardigan! A summer pop up for 10 days only.

With the National Eisteddfod coming to town we felt it was too much of an opportunity to miss. We used to travel the country with our mobile kitchen feeding the masses at the Eisteddfods for 6 consecutive years. We loved it! It was always our favourite event. So we could’t have it come to our hometown & not be involved, in one way or another.

We won‘t be on the Maes this year but we will be back in our HQ ready to feed you all, whether you are local, visiting cardigan or on your way through. Come & see us. We’ll be open the week before as well.

We’ll be cooking up some El Salsa favourites – Burritos, loaded Nachos, Fajita Chicken wraps, Real fruit slushies, Frozen Margaritas, ice cold beers, and the same fresh flavours you've been missing.
We are so excited to reunite the crew & create something special.
