Poppins and the Bear We don't have a physical shop but do supply cafes and make cakes to order.

Creators of Soft, Chewy Chocolate Chip Studded Cookies and Slabs of Luscious Cake, perfect to share...or eat alone in the pantry whilst hiding from your family...we won't judge.

A year ago our Poppins's lovely boyfriend Alex had a cake in a cafe that was topped with apples and caramel and, apparently, he's thought about it ever since. So today I thought I'd try and make him one..... Well this one may not make it to Cardiff tomorrow as it's blinking gorgeous!!! My kitchen smells sooooo good and I may have sneaked a very small slice, just for testing you understand...well I think I have fallen in love, Kev you have competition and it is this cake! This is definitely going on the Poppins cake list! It's autumn and September and cinnamon and warm and sweet and makes you happy with every bite, it's heaven ❤️
And Alex, if only half of it makes it to Cardiff tomorrow I can only apologise! I blame goblins.....
