If you’ve been in over the last couple of weeks and sampled a bagel from our menu, then you’ll know that we’ve got something a little bit special going on.

These holey, doughy beauties are now being supplied to us by none other than Cardiff Bagel-hall-of-famers Workhorse . That’s right, contract signed, transfer done.

What are they like? Without a doubt the best bagels we’ve ever smelt(it’s genuinely a delight picking them up from the shop), seen and tasted. The perfect vessel for our banging sandwich fillings when we have any left over from staff lunches!

Pop in and try one this weekend.

Brunch all day Saturday/Sunday.

Bagels and Sandos from 12 Saturday.

Roasts on the menu from 12 Sunday and as a special tribute we’ll be slapping a roast dinner bagel on the menu this Sunday until they’re gone. Stay tuned for photos.

Roasts are well and truly back on the menu.

As we go into our third Sunday since the w return of the roast we’re left wondering why the heck we gave them a break for the summer. Apart from sweltering over a steaming plate of gravy in 36 degree heat obviously.

We’re opening a bit later today due to a technical difficulty so we’ll be slinging out brunch from 10 all day and then roasts from 12. The menus at the end of the photo reel, with the special inclusion of roast Lamb for today!

Alright gang.

We’re kicking off the weekend with brunch all day from 9 today and lunch/Sandos from 12. We also have availability for bottomless brunch from 3 o’clock today.

Tomorrow, we’ve also got brunch all day and then roasts going out from 12.

We’ve got rather a few busy days ahead as we close of August.

Sunday, and every Sunday onwards, sees the return of our roasts, we’re well excited(we’re definitely not still here prepping Tom Barber )

Also Sunday we’ll be at The Three Horseshoes for their midsummers festival- nosy around our story tomorrow for the menu!

Bank holiday Monday brings our last summer bank holiday, and as promised we’ll be slinging out brunch from 9 and our roasts from 12!

Last chance to get your hands on brunch for the week! Serving 9-4 with Sandos in from 12(this is your 3 week countdown until roasts are back 😋)

Let’s chat about mushrooms.

We use button mushrooms, give them a good wash and then confit them with garlic and thyme oil, fresh garlic, fresh thyme.

Then we pull off the cover and turn up the temp for a final quick blast in the oven to give them a tad of colour and extra flavour, before finishing them off with a fair whack of sea salt.

Just one element to of our Full Pori, but one that has gone down quite bloomin well so far.
