The man, the myth, the Nico!

Nico is our amazing Manager for both Pontcanna and St David’s - and he’s been part of KIN+ILK for 5 years 🙌

If you’re lucky enough to work with him, you’ll know how great he is, how much coffee knowledge he has and, of course, how good his focaccia is!!

Nico’s go-to coffee at work is either a cortado, flat white or batch brew, but at home, he enjoys a pour-over, AeroPress or moka pot. Basically, he just really loves coffee.

We asked Nico for a fun fact, and he said he can confirm from experience that espresso + chai + matcha is NOT a nice combination and is definitely not recommended.

We adore Nico ❤️
