Thank you to everyone who ordered again this week.
A busy one and some new faces too.

So as some of you know, my son MST Fitness is a PT in puregym llantrisant.

Obviously healthy eating is a big part of what he does and we have started looking into offering protein meals, showing calories, protein, fats etc.

I will be looking into offering these towards the end of each week and only for collection or delivery to the gym.

I've added a quick poster just to give people an idea and get some feedback.

Chef for over 30 years.

Fully registered with RCT and Insured.

All meals have a 3 day fridge life and can be frozen.
So day of collection plus 2 days.
They can also be frozen for 1 month.....…….......................................

We do offer a free local delivery for a minimum order of £17.

Delivery is within a 4 mile radius of Church Village.

What amazing support. I rocked up for the last hour 🤣

This was us at 9am this morning.

He completed 24 hours, only stopping for a wee a few times which was upstairs unfortunately.

He never slept, he ate and drank on the bike and although extremely hard, the support was huge. Thank you to everyone who donated and cycled next to him xx
