Creamy Hellim & Mushrooms — Sauteed Hellim with mushrooms, garlic, cherry tomatoes and seasonings.
Brie Cheese — Deep fried breadcrumbed Brie cheese, served with a mixed fruit sauce.
Mushroom Kiev — Deep fried breadcrumbed mushrooms stuffed with garlic, butter and fresh dill, served with a rosemary sauce.
Octopus — Oven baked octopus served with lemon, butter sauce, cherry tomatoes and asparagus.
Chicken Liver — Sauteed chicken liver with caramelised onions and cherry with touch of spices.
Sirloin or Ribeye Steak — Char-grilled Sirloin or Rib eye steak cooked to your choice. Served with mashed or roast potatoes, vegetables and peppercorn sauce.
Fistikli Sarma — Minced lamb mixed with pistachio seasoning cooked on charcoal grill, served on a bed of aubergine, mash and peppercorn sauce.
