Babies under 8 weeks go FREE 💜
Those early weeks can feel like a lot. The days can be long, the nights even longer, and it’s easy to feel like everyone has somehow figured it out and you haven’t.
If that’s you right now — I see you, and I would love to welcome you to Hartbeeps to come and find your village. 💜
As a mum to a 3.5-year-old and a 10-month-old, I understand. I know that walking into your first baby class can feel like a big step.
Will people be friendly? What if my baby cries, needs feeding or a nappy change, or indeed sleeps through the whole class?
Every parent in the room started the same way, and there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to be there.
I have been in your shoes. Both of my children started Hartbeeps at around 8 weeks old, and both slept through their first class! But you know what? It was pure magic. ✨
I still remember the feeling, I still have the photos, and I often look back at them and think about how little they were — especially when I compare them to my lively toddler now!
Having been in your shoes, I understand, and therefore the Hartbeeps Hub at Llanishen Leisure Centre has been designed with you in mind. With two baby-changing facilities in the room, two sofas for feeding, and ample storage for prams in case baby sleeps, I’ve got you covered.
Baby Bells is a gorgeous class designed especially for your little ones. It includes gentle music and sensory play, with a focus on tummy time and elements of baby massage, all at your baby’s pace.
The class is calm, and I’ll guide you through all the activities, while also giving you the opportunity to connect with other mums during the session.
Honestly, it’s just magic — especially when the mums see the twinkly stars on the ceiling for the first time. ✨🌟

Most mums head to the onsite coffee shop, Moo Moo's Coffee Shop & Catering after class for a gorgeous panini (brie, bacon and cranberry is my fave!) and a delicious cake… I couldn’t possibly pick my favourite — they’re all epic! 😋☕️🍰
