Caesars Arms Farm Shop was created as a local haven where locals and regulars of the hugely popular

Caesars Arms Farm Shop was created as a local haven where locals and regulars of the hugely popular Caesars Arms Restaurant could purchase top quality, locally sourced ingredients within their own community. Originally opened in 2008, the shop has grown very organically and now rears its own chickens and pigs which live happily in front of the shop, surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside. You c

an purchase daily delivered fresh fish, award winning meats including Welsh Black beef, Brecon venison and lamb, Wye Valley free range chicken and duck. Our own home reared, rare breed, Saddle Back pork and sausage is regularly available. You can purchase our home produced honey collected from our own bee hives, choose your eggs from our free range selection- gathered daily from our own chickens, and pick up freshly prepared ready meals made by Caesars chefs. You can also savour salmon and duck from our in house smokery. A large array of freshly baked breads are delivered daily and we have a vast selection of Welsh and Continental cheeses, together with Gold Medal winning chutneys, pickles, jams and organic apple juices plus much more....

Good morning ☀️

Lots going on here .. sprucing up the borders, gardens and patio area… ready for the sunshine..☀️

We are reviving our kitchen garden area and already we have a glut of asparagus, potatoes are popping through alongside beetroot, sweet corn and lots and lots of beans! We will be selling this produce in our farm shop and passing some onto our creative chefs in our kitchen ☀️

Head chef Andy is setting out the fresh meat counter.. sirloins look incredible… and Rachel is busy artistically arranging our fabulous fresh fish counter which today includes delicious Red Mullet fillets… all looking extremely tempting ☀️

We recently added the very popular Angelo Poretti lager to our repertoire… so please do call in and try ☀️

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail .. both in our kitchens and front of house, we are extremely fortunate to have such an amazing team ☀️

Good evening ☀️

Its been a while since we posted.. its been a busy few weeks both in the restaurant and farmshop.. and also lots happening in our gardens, raised beds and polytunnel.. we will tell you more soon and introduce you to our new green finger growers! It’s all coming along nicely!
In the meantime we have a bumper crop of home grown asparagus.. ready to go on our menu.. can’t get fresher and more local than this!

Good sunny Saturday ☀️

What a difference the weather makes.. everyone seems to smile more..!

The counters today look incredible, Rachel has worked her artistic magic and created a fantastic display… full to overflowing with spectacular Hake, oysters, lemon soles, Dover soles, sea bass, monkfish, salmon.. and much more including Trout.. a definite favourite!

Meat, salad and dessert counters all fresh and ready to go… honestly can’t get better anywhere!

Liam is busy behind our bar prepping fresh fruit to garnish our delicious celebratory Spring cocktails!

Over in the Farmshop cheese of the week is from Caws Cenarth.. Caerffili.. please pop in and have a taste, our cheese counter here is looking fabulous too…

The sunshine makes us smile and also helps us with our planning.. especially with our garden area… watch this space!!

Good morning ☀️

Well, first of all we wish you a lovely Sunday celebrating with friends and family 🎉

However, we are rather disappointed that these 2 individuals tried to spoil all our celebrations and hardwork, thankfully they were deterred before too much damage was done….no one was hurt, just lots of clearing up…we just wanted to warn everyone in the area that these 2 individuals are about…. Obviously the police have been informed…

Meanwhile we are gearing up for an extremely busy day, all is well and we look forward to seeing you all soon! 🎉
