❤️ 40 MILES — COMPLETED! ❤️

What an incredible achievement by Paul and Gaz, who have walked the full 40 miles to raise money for the Army Benevolent Fund. 🇬🇧🥾

It’s been a tough challenge, and I’m sure the legs are feeling every single one of those miles tonight! But they kept going, pushed through the tiredness, and made it all the way to the finish. 💪

We couldn’t be prouder of you both. ❤️

Now it’s time to put those feet up, get some well-earned rest and enjoy a very well-deserved drink! 🍻

🥾 DAY 2 COMPLETE! 🇫🇷

Gaz & Paul have smashed Day 2 of their Normandy walk in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund — and that’s another 13 miles completed! 💪

That takes them to an incredible 26/40 miles done. 👏

The legs are definitely starting to feel it now, with Gaz commenting that he’s “feeling the burn” 🔥 — but they’re pushing on and keeping each other going!

Two days, 26 miles, plenty of sore legs… and one fantastic cause. 🇬🇧❤️

A massive well done to both of them! Keep going, Gaz & Paul — the finish line is getting closer! 🥾💪

A massive well done to Paul and Gaz, who have now completed 13.14 miles of their epic 40-mile walk in aid of raising money for the Army Benevolent Fund. 🎖️❤️

That’s over a quarter of the challenge already completed — an incredible effort and a fantastic achievement!

Every step they take is helping raise vital funds to support soldiers, veterans and their families. 🙌

First up, the Dragons head to Norway on Thursday 🇳🇴
Wales have come out on top in their last two meetings with the Norwegians, can they make it a hat-trick? 🔥

Then it’s back home to the Cardiff City Stadium, as Wales welcome Denmark for the return fixture 🐉
Can the Dragons take their revenge after the loss in Copenhagen? 👀

Whatever happens, we’ll have every twist, turn and goal covered.

And there’s no time to rest…
The road trip continues on Sunday as Wales head to Copenhagen to face Denmark 🇩🇰

And with a three-week international break, there’s plenty of time to get involved!
