Had the absolute honour to make my cousins wedding cake. Three tier cake is made up of two chocolate tiers and one vanilla. The top tier is chocolate cake decorated with chocolate ganache and fondant, the middle is vanilla and fondant filled with buttercream and strawberry jam the bottom is chocolate cake, chocolate ganache and buttercream roses.
